universal application to become participating with eventually ALL
insurance companies. Instead of completing an application for each
individual insurance company you wish to participate with, you complete
the CAQH application once. Insurance carriers can then access
your information online.
CAQH does not charge for credentialing
through them. The CAQH application can be a little intimidating and
