Michelle Montany (Shelly)- Office Manager

Michelle came to us after 17 years as office manager at one of the optical offices we bill for. She is our second Michelle so we nicknamed her Shelly to know who callers wanted when they asked for Michelle. Shelly oversees all aspects of the office and is our official "vision" expert.

Nicole Gerace - Claims Specialist

Nicole got to keep her name as she is our first Nicole. She is a full time student at a local college and works for us full time in the summer and part time in the school season. Nicole is a natural at medical billing and a great asset to our office. Her attention to detail keeps her accounts flowing smoothly.

Michelle Carletta - Team Leader

Michelle came to us as our third Michelle. In a small office like ours, that's a problem so she became Mitch. Mitch is our team leader. She answers most of the incoming phone calls and oversees most of our accounts. If you've ever called our office, you will understand why we love Mitch. She has the most pleasant personality on the planet. And she does a great job. Congratulations Mitch on your recent promotion.

Betty Zullo - Account Assistant

Betty handles all our electronic reports, keeps our file cabinets rotated monthly, works on aging reports, does patient billing, oversees the mail and helps out with several of our accounts. Betty is always happily ready to take on a new job or help out with a project.

Bev Magyar - Phone Specialist

Bev has been with us forever. She's actually the sister of Alice's brother-in-law. (We're a family type business) Bev spends all day on the phone calling insurance companies to check on claim status and problem claims. The rest of marvel at her patience.

Bonnie Purdy - Claims Specialist

Bonnie works for us the two days a week that she's not working at one of the chiropractic offices we bill for. She enjoys the change in pace and handles many of our chiropractic accounts. Bonnie is soon to be Nicole's mother-in-law as Nicole recently became engaged to Bonnie's son. (I told you we're a family type business)

Keri Doyle - Claims

Keri joined us in July 2008 with a strong desire to enter the field of medical billing. She is currently completing an online course in medical billing. Keri is a morning person and is always the first one to arrive at the office. Keri is a great asset to our team.

Alice Scott - President and founder

Alice is Michele's mother and cofounder of Solutions Medical Billing. Her background is in business. Over the years she has started several businesses and now she oversees the daily operations and keeps the business running smoothly as well as keeping up the website.

Michele Redmond - Vice-president and founder

Michele worked for a major insurance company many years after graduating college with a degree in computer science. Upon her decision to have children she decided she wanted to work where she could raise her children. In 1994 she and Alice founded Solutions Medical Billing. She is our "insurance and computer authority".

Paul Scott - Director of Child Care, Office Maintenance, Courier

Paul gave up his full time job in 2005 to care for the daily needs of Rebecca. He picks her up at preschool and keeps her busy all day. Paul also makes our weekly "run" to the Utica area to pick up work from our providers. This year his big project has been the remodeling of new offices for Solutions. In the summer Paul takes the girls on hikes and mountain trails.
